Any Green Pesto

Pesto pasta is the easiest weeknight meal— blend together a pesto of whatever greens, cook a bit of pasta, and add any fresh veg you have on hand on top.

Ingredients
½ cup raw pistachios, slivered almonds or pine nuts
1-2 garlic cloves, peeled
2 packed cups of greens
2 tablespoons lemon juice
a bit of water or olive oil to thin
dried basil, salt, pepper
Method
Blend, season to taste, and store in a leftover jar!
