Stovetop & Baked Oats



Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats

½ ripe banana

Pinch of salt

Pinch of cinnamon


Method

Bring 1 cup of water and salt to a boil, add oats, and lower heat to a simmer. Stir in sliced banana and cinnamon. Cook for just under ten minutes, stirring occasionally.

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup of nut milk


Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Blend ingredients together, and pour into ramekin. Bake for twenty minutes or until golden brown.
